Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

Above is revenue quarter by quarter since 2019 … I bloody love it!! ❤️

- Q2 Revenue is £9k down on the same quarter last year ... Obviously that was mostly down to CVID bump. Revenue was going back up in May and June

- Q2 Revenue is £6k up on the previous quarter ... just underlining that revenue is increasing

- Q3 Expectations - Im gonna put it out there and say I want to hit £227k ... Thats a big jump BUT July has started very well. If we hit £227k it would be the best quarter ever 💪

Above is Quotes, Conversions and Sq Ft info

• Quotes have remained similar to Q2 2022 and a lot higher than Q1

• Conversions, quotes to reservations dropped but there is no way we could hit 48% conversions like we did in Q1 ... Our conversion rate is still amazing at 34%

• Conversions, quotes to move ins dropped from the previous quarter but again its nearly impossible to hit those levels

• Moved in more sq ft than last quarter

• We were around 800 Sq Ft from 2022 Q2 Move in

• We gained over 2,000 Sq Ft which is great
