Key Things to note:

• Quotes were OK … But we were 10 quotes down on the previous month and 30 quotes down on the previous July 24 

• Conversions … Quotes to Reservations and quotes to Move Ins were both excellent 48% and 31%. Really really good 

   

• Number of Reservations really good and only 1 less than in July 24 even though we had over 30 less quotes 

   

• Number of Move Ins was the second best in 12 months

   

• Cancelled and expired reservations were 23% … That’s very high and something we need to be aware of and highlight to the team  

• Cost to acquire a customer was around £50 which is great

   

• Sq Ft moved in … Were the highest for 4 months but still 10% lower than in July 24

   

• Sq Ft Moved Out was at over 4,000 … that’s high. Especially given we only moved out 2,800 last month

   

• 60 Sq Ft down …. Amazingly, I checked what July 24 was, and it was very similar at 50 sq ft down 

   

• Average Insurance Sold = Below our 6k target

   

• Revenue - OUR BEST EVER!!! 

SCORE - 7/10 … Best Revenue Ever, which is always the most important data point, but there is plenty to work on ie churn rate, Sq Ft moved in is still lower than I like, cancelled reservations are high BUTTT then the conversions are really good, so it’s a confusing month haha I don’t know if it’s good or average 🤷‍♂️
