Willerby is on Fire 🔥🔥

Happy Monday Folks ....

So as ever there are things that im really happy about and things I could certainly improve on … Heres what im concerned about this week -

Slightly concerned over a few things -

Beverley 

The site will be 85% full after next weeks move outs … it’s on a steady decline. Defo need to keep an eye on this … especially with the low conversions at the minute

Clough rd

Clough has loads of move outs due next week

Sq ft move ins have been low for July

Conversion rates aren’t very good either at the minute

Willerby 

Willerby has turned it around this month and is on fire the last 2 weeks!!

Good reservations last week

Good move ins last week

Awesome Sq Ft moved in last week

Only neg is the amount of Sq ft due in and out next week BUT overall its been a very positive month! The conversion rates continue to impress me!!

Wrexham …

Ha it’s actually not too bad … Cant believe im saying this!!

Yeah we lost Sq Ft last week but the conversions quotes to reservations are high for July … currently hitting 33%.

Just need more quotes … that’s my job. SEO is improving were ranked 4th now on most terms, PPC isnt really having the impact at this site just yet.

Im actually confident Wrexham will turn out to be a solid site with 6 figs of profit each year!

Overall -

We’ve had a solid month but some things to be concerned about and keep our eyes on … We never rest on good results, we always look at what could effect us and put us out of business (Gary Vee Saying … Love that guy)

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!

20 reservations and 0 booked online, thats 0 % of my reservations booked online …. One person booked online but first spoke to JP so it doesnt qualify as an online booking.
