Ive been planning on doing a podcast (cough cough, Hacking Self Storage) all about how we need to simplify our pricing and the amount of rooms we offer. Confused customer dont buy!

• It says 2 Reservations but its actually one. The other moved to Clough Rd instead (cant cancel it off the figs for some reason)

• But the quotes are coming 9 in 2 days. The reservations will come ... He says praying ;-)

• 200 Down today ... meaning 1,210 Sq Ft down.

Wrexham's Figures (Indoor) ... My First acquisition

• Were still in the transitional period for Wrexham ... The previous owner is still working there until we can put the technology in the site to make it manless 

• So the site isnt been run how we would ultimately like to run it at the minute ... We havent turned on any marketing yet either. Theres no point filling up a leaky bucket, we need to fix those leaks first and foremost 

• Nothing happening at Wrexham at the minute ... Early days!

Thought of the Day -

Its tough been a business owner! 

• Ok, so its been a tough week, month and to be fair the previous month as well :-/

• But we need perspective here, my revenue almost doubled during Cvid ... (Il do a section about this in tomorrows newsletter) and we are just losing some of that cvid growth ... still hurts but in reality we expected it

• A positive is the quotes ... The quotes are coming in and that means reservations WILL follow

• ANOTHER HUGE POSITIVE -

• NEW SITE ALERT!!

• We have just about agreed terms ... (expecting to finalise today) on a container site.

• Im a massive fan of the container self storage module and this location is A1! I am paying for the location but this is a home run!!

• As Dave Davies says ... "Its a fucking No Brainer Mate"

• Hopefully I will be able to share why and how I chose this location later in the week

Health and Fitness ... Move More = Live Longer   -
