Ive never thought of it like this but when you do take a moment to let it sink in … It does make sense

One thing us Brits do need to consider though is … There isnt the same population swings in the UK as there is in America. ❌

On the whole Americans seem to move more and that can cause huge swings in population, which then obviously effects the self storage industry.

That’s not the case in the UK … However I do always like to check the population growth of a town or City in any feasibility study. ✅

On the main, our cities and towns have a steady growth curve … Obviously if there is a big growth in population then that could mean a reassessment of the area to see any potential opportunities

It is well worth keeping an eye out for fast growing towns and capitalising on that opportunity …. Ha telling you all my secrets now 👀
