Highlights

• 58 quotes which is 25 more than last month and is 3 more compared to January 2025. 58 is the highest number of quotes since August 2025.
   

• 17 reservations which is 7 more than last month and 7 more compared to January 2025.
   

• Conversion rate at 29.31 is 11.13% higher compared to January 2025, although down slightly by 0.99% from last month. However, this is still the 3rd highest conversion rate since June 2024.
   

• Contact made from quotes at 68.97%, which is 5.33% higher than last month.
   

• Sq.ft. moved in at 1,080 is 370 more than last month and is 440 more compared to January 2025.
   

• Sq.ft. occupied has increased by 720 sq.ft from 6,600 in January 2024 to 7,320 in January 2026, which is a 10.90% increase. 
   

• Average insurance sold to new move is above £7,000 at £7,333.33.

Google ad spend data for Beverley is now the correct data for Beverley as its own site, I am unable to compare this data to previous months data.

Actions

• Listen to cancelled / expired bookings – ensure the booking process is being followed.
   

• Investigate the move outs.
   

• Can we increase any street rates / change any ½ price offers without affecting conversion rates - my suggestion is to drop the 60sq.ft 1st floor units from 8 weeks to 4 weeks ½ price & remove the ½ price offer from 160sq.ft ground floor units.
