I heard this on the Mike Greene Podcast and I immediately stopped running and had to take notes 🏃‍♂️

Mike said ….

“Everyone in your business is either an anchor or a propeller”

Wow … Game changer …. Ive never thought of it like this!

He went on to say

“You can be an anchor one day and a propeller the next

However you can’t be an anchor too often or you hold the business back”

This is absolute GOLD and makes so much sense! 👏

As the leader or the manager your job is to turn everyone in to a propeller

If everyone who is working alongside you is a propeller the business becomes unstoppable!

The growth of your business happens at such incredible speed when you have propellers in your organisation

I would actually add that if you have people who are consistent anchors then you need to get rid of them as quickly as possible ….

I firmly believe anchors will negatively effect the propellers

Reward the propellors in your business and disregard the anchors ⚓️
