Heres the feedback from the team -

What a brilliant email reply ... For context for new subscribers.

In an previous email I questioned Beverley results, why we werent getting the reservations and this is the reply we got back. 

The lesson here is that we have to keep on the ball, we have to keep ahead of any problems and issues. 

What gets measured gets improved 

Be interesting to see how Beverley gets on this week!

Weekly Figures -Willerby - 

Theres some positives and negatives here, Lets start with the positives 

  • 11 Reservations

  • Van rented out 5 times

  • Insurance average per move in over £6k

  • Negatives :-(

  • 1,400 sq ft move outs last week

  • 820 sq ft due out this week

  • Only 100 sq ft due in this week

Clough Rd - 

I think Clough Rd is starting to fly ... Churn is good and the reservations are starting to come 

  • 210 sq ft up last week

Beverley - 

  • 1 Reservations but its a big one 200 sq ft 

  • 1 move in and no outs

Google Analytics (for Store More website) -

Total Reservations at Store More -

  • Willerby - 11

  • Clough Rd - 7

  • Total - 18

  • Top of funnel conversion (website traffic to reservations) = 4.9%

Thought of the WEEK -

  • Think its pretty much summed up above

  • We could either focus on the positives or focus on the negatives ... Theres a lot of both :-)

  • Ultimately ... People are booking and people are visiting the websites. If that wasnt happening id be really concerned

  • The conversion rate is great from the top of funnel

  • We just need to stop Willerby losing sq ft and all is good with the world again

Its going to be an interesting week either way ... I bloody love and hate been a business owner all at the same time :-) Haha
