Wow … That was a week of 2 halves.

On Wednesday morning we had 2 reservations and by the end of the week we had a whopping 26! Awesome work team Store More 🙌

Willerby

Positives

• Conversion rate is 39.02%

• 41 quotes

• Ins average is £6,571.00

• Net sq.ft for next week due to be up by 460sqft

Concerns

• Down 525 sqft for the week

• Below 80% occupancy – at 77.15%

Clough road

Positives

• 400 sqft due in next week with just 25sqft out

Concerns

• Only 28 quotes, lower than usual

• Low conversion rate at 21.43%

• Negative week, 325sqft in, 375sqft out -50sqft overall

Wrexham

Positives

• Average insurance £14,500 – 1 customer took £24,000 insurance cover

• 245 sqft up and due to be up next week too by 100sqft

Concerns

• Conversion rate only 25%

• FMI is low at 33%

Beverley

Positives

• 15 quotes this week

• 285 sqft due in next week, and just 50sqft due out

Concerns

• Conversion rate very low at 6.67% but 3 customers booked at Willerby due to no small sizes at Beverley – would technically mean we are then converting at 26.6%

• No move ins this week

• 85% occupancy so below 90%

• 480 sqft down, these were all expected and from one customer

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
