Interesting week last week … some mega positives and then some negatives … Ha, as ever!

• 118 Quotes (Including Mansfield)

• PLUS 1,065 Sq Ft For The Week! Overall happy with that, although did lose a lot of sq ft on Sunday

• Reservations so far this week = 20 (1 Bev) (2 Mansfield)

• Move ins this week = 19 (1 Bev)

Positives

• Positive sq.ft. 225 sqft for the for the week .

• 50 quotes 

Concerns

• Conversions very low at 16%

• 890 sq.ft. due next week …. Over 1200 due to move out

• Average insurance ow at £4,428.57

• Low Packing sales, so very low average for week at £8.21

Clough Road

Positives

• +720 sqft  for the week 

• 42% conversion with 11 reservations. 

• 475 sq.ft. expected in next week with only 175 sq.ft. due out . 

Concerns

• Conversions at 25% , but not at target 

• Insurance slightly low at £5,375

Wrexham

Positives

• Positive 310 sq.ft. for the week 

• 30% conversion. 

• Insurance average at £6000

Concerns

• No move ins or outs expected next week = Net 0 sqft 

Mansfield (not open until 13/11/2023 )

Positives

• 23 quotes.

Concerns

• Low conversion rate at 8.70% ( but not open yet )

Beverley

Positives

• Positive 250 sq.ft. for the week .

• £10,000 insurance 

Concerns

• Only 7 quotes , would ideally want double figures, lower than last week 

• Conversion at 14.29%

• -190 sqft for week

• -35 sqft net sq.ft predicted for next week

• Below 90% occupancy

I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
