For staters we didn’t lose Sq Ft … Which is nice!! Haha
We did 35 reservations … whoop!
But …. Our conversions weren’t great
19% for Move Ins and 26% for Reservations
So definite room for improvement

I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.
This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online, or at what stage of my follow-up process did they book
This helps me see what part of the follow-up process is working, and do we need to change it
For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!
35 reservations and 8 booked online with no contact from us, that’s 23% of my reservations booked online
