Last week I went to Vegas with Mum, Dad, wife and kids 🎰😊

We all went for the World Self Storage Conference …

We dont miss the conference, ha nothing to do with it been in Vegas … I promise 😜

We had an awesome time and loveeddd every minute

I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online, or at what stage of my follow-up process did they book

This helps me see what part of the follow-up process is working, and do we need to change it

For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!
