On the face of it it looks an awesome week …. But I have 3 concerns
Low Revenue … For the second week running
Low reservation conversion rates … Yes we had lots of reservations but we only had a 25% conversion rate
Low Move In conversions … It’s ok getting the reservations but it’s pointless if they dont move in. 16% conversion isn’t great

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online, or at what stage of my follow-up process did they book
This helps me see what part of the follow-up process is working, and do we need to change it
