Is it price, is it a certain location, follow up done within 60 sec ones of the quote (haha to be fair the team dont know I want this happening, yet. Currently we hit a the quote within 5 minutes of them getting a quote) etc etc

This helps me see what part of the follow-up process is working, and do we need to change it
