• 32 quotes - 4.5 per day average

• 9 reservations

• 11 move ins totalling 875 sqft in

• Only 1 move out for 50 sqft so up for the week by 825 sqft

• 41.91% occupied (includes 10 x 160 sqft containers now)

• No move outs due next week

Concerns

• Insurance average for move ins low at £3.636.36

• Only 200 sqft due in next week

• Forward move ins at 6, 66.67% - should be aiming for 80%

• Conversion rate could be higher at 28.13%

   

Wrexham

Positives

• 3 move ins totalling 345 sqft

• Only 1 move out for 125 sqft, so up 220 sqft for the week

• Forward move ins at 100%

• Insurance average above target at £8,333.33

Concerns

• Only 14 quotes – only 2 per day average

• 3 reservations

• Conversion rate 21.43%

• 1 move out of 160 sqft due out next week and only 1 move in of 50 sqft due in, projected to be down 110 sqft next week

Clough Road

Positives

• 42 quotes – 6 a day

• 11 reservations

• 10 move ins for 640 sqft, only 325 sqft moved out so up 315 sqft for the week

• 5 move ins due next week for 425 sqft, only 1 move out of 100 sqft due out, projected to be up 325 sqft next week

Concerns

• Conversion rate could be higher at 26.19%

• Average insurance a bit low at £5,333.33 per customer

• -25 sqft for week ( although was expecting to be -420 sqft down)

• 12.5% conversion rate

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
