I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.
This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.
This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it
For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
37 reservations and 9 booked online with no contact from us, that’s 24% of my reservations booked online
