I do get many many people who I look up to and respect telling me I shouldn’t share the information I do …. And I totally get their point of view

There are definitely negatives that come with sharing the information ….

BUTTTT, there are also positives

One of these positives happened on Friday …

I got an email telling me about an off market plot of land (hadn’t come on the market yet)

It’s a blooming fantastic site …. We got that excited that Gary (My COO) actually went to view the site on Saturday (Don’t get me wrong the rent is a tad too high atm but we can negotiate)

This is actually the second site that has come to us this way … We’re at Heads Of Terms with the other site

So, yes there is negatives in sharing what I do but there is also positives as well 🙃
