Positives

• 33% conversion

• 39 quotes – solid week

• £30.00 average packing sales

• Was predicted to finish negative 200, finished negative 25

Concerns

• 1005 due out next week

• Below 80% full at 77%

• Only moved in 775 sq.ft. this week , we want at least a 1000

Clough Road

Positives

• £12,000 insurance average

Concerns

• 840 sq.ft. moved out

• Only 160 sq.ft. moved in

• 680 sq.ft. down for the week

• Conversions still lower than we would like at 23%

• Only 200 sq.ft. due in next week

Wrexham

Positives

• 740 sq.ft. moved in which is huge for Wrexham

• No move outs

• Positive sq.ft. week predicted for next week

• 14 quotes, so another solid week for quotes

Concerns

• Low insurance average at only £4,500

• 21.43% conversion , lower than we would like , although we are sold out of most unit sizes, so harder to book units we don’t have.

Beverley

Positives

• 40 % conversion (although we did only have 5 quotes)

Concerns

• Second weekly on a row low number of quotes , with only 5 this week (we have had website issues)

• Negative week at 100 sq.ft. down

Mansfield (not open until November 13^th)

Positives

• 2 reservations

• 5 quotes

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
