Below are last weeks pros and cons for each site … Again because im on hols JP (James) has given his take on the week … Thanks JP 🤗

Willerby

Positives

• Another solid week for conversions 34%

• 500 sq.ft up for the week (1365 in which is good)

• £7,200 average insurance

Concerns

• Negative week expected next week with only 400 due in and 785 out

• Forward move ins low at 46%

Clough road

Positives

• Another improved week for conversion at 23%

• 405 up for the week (with 815 in which is 590 more than last week)

Concerns

• Negative week next week with only 175 in and 450 out.

• Conversions although improved, still below where we need to be .

   

Wrexham

Positives

• 16 quotes

• Positive week (only 75 but still up )

 Concerns

• Only 12.50% conversions, I know this will improve but still need to monitor this.

• Negative week next week (with no move ins due)

Beverley

Positives

• 285 up for the week (lower than expected due to mistake on figures and one move in pushed date back)

• No move outs

• Back to over 90% full .

• Good insurance average at over 7k,

Concerns

• NO reservations this week ! this is a concern , as we do have units available for people to book

• No move ins due in next week.

This is my daily and weekly revenue for all of my sites for the last 7 days

RESERVATIONS -

So this is new section I want to bring in … I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who dont follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!

23 reservations and 3 booked online, thats 13% of my reservations booked online
