• 12 reservations

• 32.43% conversion rate

• 1135sqft moved in, 865sqft moved out so up 270sqft for the week

Concerns

• Average insurance low at £5,727.27 per customer

• Store occupancy 71.26%

• 890sqft due out next week with 560sqft due in, projected to be down 330sqft for the week

Clough Road

Positives 

• 29 quotes

• 8 reservations

• 27.59% conversion rate – improved from previous weeks

• 440sqft in and 435sqft out - +5 sqft for the week (only in positives as we have been down a lot previous weeks so this is our first positive week)

• 375sqft due in next week with just 15sqft due out, projected to be 360sqft u

Concerns

• Low average insurance at £5,571.43 per customer

• Only 4 move ins due next week

Mansfield

Positives 

• 9 reservations

• 39.13% conversion rate

• 475sqft moved in, no move outs – 475sqft up

• 535sqft due to move in next week, with no move outs

• 35.69% occupied – been open 8 weeks, tomorrow

Concerns

• 23 quotes, just over 3 a day – would like to see more

• Insurance average low at £4,800 per customer

Wrexham

• No move outs due next week

Concerns

• 15% conversion rate

• 360sqft in and 520sqft out, down 160sqft for the week

• 0% FMI

• Only due in 50sqft next week

Positives

• 6 quotes – more than previous weeks where we’ve only had a few

• No move outs

Concerns

• 1 reservation all week

• No move ins

• Below 90% occupancy at 96.65%

I think it is crucial to know where your reservations are coming from.

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it

For those of you who don’t follow up more than once, you are leaving money on the table!!
