There’s two main ways I believe we can do this …. 

1- Talk to your customers … 

Pick up that phone and speak to your customers … Its incredible the insights you can get 

Customers LOVVVEEE IT ♥️ When you actually go out of your way to speak to them and ask “How can we improve”

We’ve had amazing results from doing this … There’s no one better way learning how your customers think than actually speaking to your customers 

2- Read reviews of all self storage sites … Not just yours! 

I love to read the reviews of every self storage site I come across! 

We can learn so so much 

Its almost like im cheating when I do this

I find out EXACTLY what a customer loves and what the customer wants improving 

Andddd … Don’t just read the good reviews … Read the bad as well … There’s always something to learn!  

The bad tells us what people want and are missing from their current experience 

The good tells us what they like and what they find valuable

When we have this incredibly valuable data … We simply act accordingly! 

Easy Peasy! 🥳
