I love this but …. Don’t worry team I also understand 99% of the time it’s not possible

Life is expensive, kids are expensive and wives are expensive 😂

However, that’s not to say I don’t like or expect self-development from my team

I think it’s a must!

If we stand aren’t learning we are going backwards …

I can promise you, it doesn’t matter how good you are now (or how good you think you are) ….

If you're not learning it’s only a matter of time before your skill set becomes irrelevant.

What I personally LOVE is when people educate themselves through effort

Everyone can afford effort

Effort costs nothing … Other than (yes you guessed it) Effort

Effort comes in many forms …. reading a book, listening to a podcast, etc etc

If you’re willing to learn (effort) you will …. Ding Dang Do For Me 😃

If we improve just 1% each day, we will be 37 X better in a year
