Dynamic Prices (Indoor Facilities)

If you aren’t pricing your units based on demand you are leaving money on the table.

The airline industry do this incredibly well … The fuller the plane is the more expensive the seat

That’s exactly how we should behave in storage …. If we are 90% full on a certain unit size we should increase the price …. If we have loads of these units available we can lower the price and even do an offer.

Dynamic pricing doesn’t just end there … Ohhh no no no.

Here’s some other ways we can use Dynamic Pricing -

• Downstairs units should be cheaper than upstairs units

• Units closer to the lift should be more expensive than units further away from the lift

• Units closer to the door should be more expensive than units at the back of the building

Remember not all 50sq ft units are equal

People will and do pay for convenience
