Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

I was on the James Sinclaire Podcast last week 

I know what metrics James thinks are important 🤔

So before the podcast, I thought I’d brush up on these metrics ….

I will be sharing these metrics in the coming newsletters 

Turnover Per Employee is one such metric James loves 

Our turnover was £139,390 (ex VAT) in January

If we multiply this by 12 we get a rough 2024 turnover - (it will be more as Mansfield is increasing its turnover every month)

That’s a turnover of £1,672,680 

We have 4 full-time team members 

Our Turnover Per Employee = £418,170

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a game-changing metric by any means 🧐

HOWEVER, it does highlight just how awesome self storage is 😍

How many other businesses can turnover nearly Half A Million Per Employee?? 

Not many! ✅
