I really enjoyed reading this post on Linkedin from Mark Poole.

Mark is 100% true … We do treat our best customers the worst 😲

Thats not to say we shouldn’t do rate increases … We Should! 

Revenue Management is key to a successful storage business

But I do think this is a great reminder to make sure we show up for our customers as and when they need us! 

As Mark said -

“The least we can do is :

Treat them like gold 

Provide a clean, safe space 

Listen to their needs 

Stick to our promises 

And be there when they need us 

If we do this they will be happy”
