Key Things to note:

• Mansfield is our newest indoor site 

   

• Quotes are very consistent at Mansfield, 131 quotes in each of June and May, and in July, we hit 125

   

• Conversions to reservations were 28% which is acceptable, but around 12% lower than July 24  

   

• Conversions to Move ins werent as good at 22%. This needs improving 

   

• Over all move ins were 28 which is below the average amount based on the previous 12 months which is a worry because July is a summer month 

   

• Sq Ft Moved in was ok at nearly 2,900 … Last July, we only hit 2,200

   

• 1730 Sq Ft moved out was the second lowest in the last 10 months

   

• 9% churn is Awesome, our second lowest in 16 months …. 15% is our average in the 12 months prior 

   

• Net Sq Ft was up 1,120 … Second best this year  

   

• Cancelled reservations is 11% … Not great, but under a lot of our sites for July 

   

• Revenue is the second best yet .. But its a newish site, so we wanna see this grow. I really wanna hit the £500k run rate … At the minute were at £424k / year 

Overall Score - 8/10 

Good … Everything was really positive apart from move in and move in conversions. Reservation conversions could be a little better as well on the whole I’m happy with July’s performance. 

A lot better than recent months. We are finally net positive for the year at Mansfield (890 sq ft up)
