• Occupancy remains strong at 92.82%.
   

• True period revenue increased by £3,360 from last month (+27.8%), rising from £12,108 to £15,768. This is a brilliant increase!! 
   

• Reservations increased 33% year on year, up from 6 to 8.
   

• No cancelled reservations
   

• 31 quotes generated with no PPC spend compared to 37 last year. Highlights the correct decision to suspend PPC spend due to high occupancy 

Opportunities

• Conversion currently at 12.9%, down from 21.62% last year and broadly flat month-on-month.
   

• Move-ins totalled 7 containers 1,040 sqft - 1 customer took 3 containers with new moves ins at 4, (8 containers / 1,280 sq ft last year).

• Listen to calls to ensure we are all pitching the insurance and asking for the business as per script  
   

• Continue to focus on smart calls - calling customers at different time to improve contact rate and ultimately conversion.
