Testimonials

If you ever listen to anything I say …. Pleeaaseeee let this be it.

Testimonials are social proof … People make buying decisions based on social proof

We need to ask for testimonials, if you don’t ask you don’t get them.

Don’t be afraid to ask 

Armadillo have been in Hull at least 10 years before Store More … However, we have more testimonials … We put a real focus on testimonials.

Testimonials are like a secret super power and very few people harness that power

In order to get testimonials you have to make it easy for the customer … 

Send an email with a link, give them a card that has a QR code that goes straight to the review page, have posters up at the enter ace and exit of your building (with QR Code) etc etc

Whatever makes it easier for the customer and gives them less barriers to jump over.

There’s loads of ways to get a review but the most important takeaway is to ask

Written testimonials are good but video testimonials are the Holly Grail …. 

If you can put a few of these on your website you are smashing it
