Highlights

  • 138 quotes is the highest amount since July 2025, is 10 more than last month and 16 more compared to January 2025.
     

  • 38 reservations which is 4 more than last month and 17 more compared to January 2025.
     

  • Conversion rate at 27.54% is up by 0.98% from last month & is 10.33% higher compared to January 2025, this is the third month in a row we have finished above 25% conversion.
     

  • Contact made from quotes above 60% from the second month in a row at 63.77%.
     

  • Google Ad spend at £1,529,93 is down by £562.00 from last month with the number of quotes also increasing by 7.81% from December 2025 to January 2026.
     

  • Actual cost of advertising for PPC Google this month per move in at £61.20 is the lowest since July 2025 & is down by £69.55 from last month.

  • Investigate the Revenue, are price increases being implemented at the correct levels, look at push back levels.
     

  • Can we increase any street rates to help increase revenue without affecting the conversion.
     

  • Look at insurance sold to new move ins, is the low level due to unit size or under insuring.
