Hey there folks!
So today ... (well yesterday when you read this) ive been putting the finishing touches to my feasibility study for our new site!
Very impressive numbers if I do say so myself :-) I so blooming excited!
This is as Dave Davies has said ... "A Fu@&king no brainer mate"
Just to cover all bases (AKA make sure I havent fucked up!), Ive just started working with a new self storage mentor ... To check my feasibility study and numbers to make sure its as good a site as I think it is!
I keep saying it ... Invest in mentors!!
You not only get their opinion but you increase your knowledge and understanding along the way .... That knowledge lasts with you forever!
Pay once ... benefit forever!

Capital Growth Buchalter (CGB), which specializes in real estate development, investment and management, has launched StoreGuard
They are looking pursue acquisitions and development sites
They have their first acquisition under their belt! A site with nearly 40,000 Sq Ft and 358 units!!
Watch this space ... they seem an aggressive company and I expect to see more acquisitions!

Final Thoughts -
I think the reason im so down on this week is because I was expecting a really good week .... No a great week at Willerby.
The figures suggested that we were going to be over 1,000 Sq Ft up.
That is clearly not the case now.
To be fair there is a very good reason. A lot of the move ins have pushed back there move ins until next week
Sooooo ..... Next week will be awesome Haha!!
