I’m very excited (and a tad nervous) to announce that we have officially signed for site NUMERO 6

Site number 6 will be in the (awesome) Scottish City of …

GLASGOW👏👏👏

A stones through away from the Ibrox stadium 

Haha … Yes, I will be changing my company colours … The Green (Celtic colours) will be gone for this location 😅

The location will be a container site … I haven’t opened a purely container site for 12 years

So it’s about time …

The site is 0.8 of an acre 

It will house a tad over 100 x 20ft containers 

Then we will put toppers (smaller units) on top of the 20 ft containers 

My projections say we will get just over a 40% cash-on-cash return after year 2 🤞

I really wanted my next site to be a container site (Drive Up Units, not containers 😂)
