Quarterly Figures  

I LOVVEEE looking at the Quarterly Figures  

It’s a great chance to reset and evaluate what’s working and what needs looking at

Here’s the quarterly figures for my 5 sites and the comparisons or the previous quarters 

WREXHAM

What did we learn 

- Quotes are improving all the time, highest quotes in a quarter  

- Highest Sq Ft in and Out  

- 1,285 Sq Ft up 

- Revenue … Over £4k up on the previous quarter and over £25k up on the same quarter last  year  

- Best Q1 Revenue EVER  🥳

CLOUGH RD

What did we learn 

- Quotes are up from the same quarter as last year  

- 97 Reservations is nearly 25% higher than the same quarter last year  

- Very similar Move in and move outs to  

- Revenue up over £25k from Q1 2023 and the previous quarter  

- Best Q1 Revenue EVER  🥳

MANSFIELD

- Not a lot to compare, to be honest here  

BEVERLEY

Because Beverley is a smaller site and over 10 years old we track the data a little differently 

Unless something major happens I dont need to analyse much more 

What I learnt 

- Revenue management is on point! 

- Were over £10k up from Q1 2023 ….  

- Over 25% Revenue increase from Q1 2023  

- That is mental for a small mature  

- It was also so close to been the best quarter ever … £13 off 😮

- Best Q1 Revenue EVER  🥳

WILLERBY 

Some Pros and Cons here 

- Quotes up massively from Q1 2023  

- Reservations down from Q1 2023  

- Move ins roughly the same as Q1 2023  

- Sq Ft In just about the same as Q1 2023  

- Churn rate HUGELY DOWN! … Thats one of the big reasons for a successful quarter  - 5,000 sq ft swing from the results in Q1 2023  

- Over £13k revenue increase from Q1 2023  

- Best Q1 Revenue EVER 🥳

Q1 2024 BIG TAKE AWAY! 

REVENUE!  

The biggest and most important KPI of them all   

Q1 2023 Revenue (not including Mansfield) - £325k  

Q1 2024 Revenue (not including Mansfield) - £401k 

That’s a £76k increase in revenue between Q1 2023 and Q1 2024  

A MASSIVE 23% increase!
