Highlights

  • 560 quotes – up by 81 from last month and highest amount since January 2026.
     

  • 142 reservations – 19 more compared to last month and up by 6 compared to May 2025.
     

  • All sq.ft. moved in at 14,260 – up by 3,370 from last month and is the highest amount since September 2025.
     

  • Sq.ft moved out at 10,510, this is down by 4,790 compared to May 2025.
     

  • Net sq.ft result of positive 3,750- best result since August 2025. May 2025, we finished negative 4,790.
     

  • Total sq.ft. occupied at 108,425, this is an increase of 21.16% from May 2025 to May 2026 and is the highest ever occupied figure.
     

  • True period Revenue £228,235.44 – highest ever revenue and has increased by 20.44% from May 2025 to May 2026.
     

  • Average customer value at £197.78 – this is up by £8 from last month.
     

  • Churn rate slightly above 10% at 10.5% but is down by 6% compared to May 2025.

  • Conversion rate (quotes to reservations) although above 25% at 25.36%, would expect this to be closer to the 30% figure.
     

  • Contact made from quotes at 54.29% - want to hit at least 60%.
