Our first Move In at Mansfield happened yesterday 🥳 …. and we arent even open (They were desperate so we granted early access)

On a personal note …. My knee is defo getting better … ran everyday this week (ha not fast at all … sure a 90 year old overtook me yesterday) andddd played 5 a side footie last night …. Even scored, which is not like me ha 👟⚽️

Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

There’s a cost to convenience 💰

For example … 

The price of a bottle of water is different depending on where you are 🤨

At a local shop it may be 50p 

In a coffee shop it may be £1 

At Glastonbury it may be £2.50 

At a posh restaurant it may be £4  

The price of water in the above examples is determined by two factors, connivence and location ✅

People at Glastonbury can get water cheaper if they were willing to walk a mile to get it 

However the money they would save just isnt worth the effort ❌

Please remember this when pricing your self storage units …. 

If you are in the back and beyond (the middle of nowhere) you will have to offer a cheaper pricing strategy to entice people to come ….

Why? Because the connivence and location factors aren’t in your favour … 

people have to travel out of their way to get to you (takes time and effort to get to your location)

If your on the side of a busy main road … next door to McDonald’s and Tesco’s you will have the the connivence and location factors on your side and therefor people will be willing to pay more   

Think about your self storage and price accordingly 🤔
