Well, that was a very impressive week
Over 800 sq ft up
Over £50k revenue
37 Reservations
32 Move Ins
January is supposed to be a slow month so we canāt grumble kids š„³
HOWEVER ā¦. Just hold your horses ā¦
There is room for improvement here ⦠I know what your thinking -
āDean, you had an amazing week andddd its in Jan, what do you mean thereās room for improvements??ā
Ok ⦠Hereās what I mean.
You canāt just look at the top line figures ⦠We have to dig a little deeper.
We had 153 quotes last week
Our aim is to convert 30% in reservations
So if did hit 30% conversion rate our reservations would be around 43/44 last week
But we hit 37 reservations ā¦. So our conversion rates wasnāt up to our usual standards
Then ⦠If we look at our move in conversion rate it was 21%
Again this isnāt where we want it to be
So yes it was a really good week for us, that doesnāt mean we should our eyes off our target performance
I know what youāre thinking now ā¦. Hahaha ā¦. Yeah I am hard to please š
Please dont think im not over the moon with the results of last week because I am
January nearly 1,000 sq ft up!! Iād be mad to complain
Letās hope for another poor conversion week but 1,000 sq ft up haha š
