Highlights

• 57 quotes – 23 higher than November 2024 & 9 more than last month.
   

• Only 1 cancelled reservation, although 10% is the highest since July. Only 10 cancelled reservations in total this year.
   

• 975 sq.ft. moved in – which is 290 sq.ft. more than compared November 2024.
   

• Net result 135 positive - 4th month in a row we have finished positive, November 2024 we finished negative 205.
   

• Churn rate at 10.60% lowest since April, although we would ideally want this to be below 10%.
   

• Sq.ft. moved out at 840 is 430 less than last month, is the lowest since August & 50 sq.ft. less compared to November 2024.
   

• Total sq.ft. occupied at 8,060 is the highest ever and is 1,580 higher than November 2024.
   

• True Revenue down by £279.10 from last month (November only 30 days)  however, this is £1,993.98 higher than November 2024 & still the 4th highest ever.

Concerns

• Conversion rate of 17.54 % with 10 reservations is the lowest since May 2024.
   

• Average insurance sold at £5,400 is the highest since June but still below target of £6,000.
   

• Average customer value at £227.97 is the lowest since April & £3.92 down compared to November 2024.

Actions required

• Look at conversions as 17.54% is a concern, check sales process is being followed,  as we did make contact with 54% of quotes -  price check – are we still competitive.
   

• Can we hit insurance average of £6,500, speak about increasing the minimum on certain unit sizes.
   

• We have eleven 60 sq.ft. units available still, can push these more on the website?
   

• Increase prices for units with low availability.
