What’s Your Contact Made Percentage?! 

This is a metric we are actively trying to improve as a company 

So to explain … 

Contact Made means what percentage of people do we get hold of after a quote is made

I don’t see a lot of people talking about this BUT I believe this is a very important metric! 

My belief is …. The higher percentage the “Contact Made” is the higher our overall conversions will be. 

Ha, Not Rocket Science 😂

It costs A LOT of add spend to get a quote so my belief is we need to do everything we can to get hold of that customer 

…. Even if we border on been annoying 😳

My aim for 2024 is to get that Unreachable below 30%
