Im actually mad I didn’t think about of it haha

Mentally jump ahead 12 months and if your business was killed what was the most likely cause of death

What are the most likely things to cause you bad results ?

With that question in mind you have 3 things to do -

1 - What are the 5 most likeliest causes of death ….

Ha I think we all know mine - My number one likeliest cause of death is … Over trading. Shock …. Expanding too fast and running out of cash.

2 - You rank them in priority order

How likely they are to happen and or what is the impact to the business if they do happen

HAHA … How likely is death by overtrading for me …. Hmmm … A solid 10!!

Kidding … I think because im aware of the danger its less likely

3- Think about ways you can mitigate it from happening

Gee Whizzz … This is like a counselling session for me.

Well I could of taken the Billionaires money and paid all the debt off and been free of all my personally guarantees … But I turned that down haha.

Hmmm I guess I could expand slower, you know im not doing that either

Maybe bring in more revenue … Try and out earn any potential problems. Ive thought about pod sponsorship, mentoring, courses etc … See I am thinking about the potential pitfall.
