Check out my Final Thoughts ... I am no where near as good as I thought!!
2 Quick things before we get in to it ...
1 - I said in yesterdays newsletter the leak was losing was 2 litres of water a minute ... I was WRONG, its 2 litres a second. Errm thats 60 times worse than I thought haha!

Were expanding quickly and need another awesome person to join our awesome team!
We are looking at employing a sales person all the way up to a manager and every position in between.
The main thing I look for in a team member is been a nice human! Everything else can be taught

Both BIG sites, one with 945 units and the other with 780 units

According to this new report ... Self Storage is set for "remarkable expansion" in the coming years!!

Today ... I realised I have a lot to learn about building a self storage portfolio! A lot to learn!!
I was speaking to a mentor yesterday, he was giving me advice about the how to build a self storage empire ...
What I should be looking at in terms of debt and how to value a potential site and my current sites.
The level of this mans knowledge continues to blow me away ... and it makes me feel shit about myself all at the same time haha!
Every time I talk to him, he humbles me. Just as I think I know what im doing a conversation comes up where I am totally lost
So my take away is ... You must surround yourself with people who are better in certain areas than you. If you want to get better at something, learn from someone better than you ... Its not rocket science.
That uncomfortable moment when we dont understand something lasts seconds, but the knowledge from that uncomfortable moment lasts a life time.
Dont be afraid to ask questions and look stupid!
Im a MASTER at looking stupid (haha) but the knowledge I gain from those moments is invaluable
