Quieter day for reservations yesterday after 2 days on the trot with 8 reservations

Awesome day out with DD yesterday …. Got 3 BIG takeaways.

We also met the Ibrox manager for the first time …. Very very knowledgeable person …. Can not wait to start working with her 🤓

Yesterday we spoke about the Price Per Sq Ft at Mansfield

Today I am showing you the price per Sq Ft at each of my sites

Line 1 - Willerby

Line 2 - Beverley

Line 3 - Clough

Line 4 - Wrexham

Line 5 - Mansfield

Let’s start with Willerby

It remained consistent the last 3 months but is below our January rate … I think May will be in the £30s

Beverley

Slightly disappointed with Beverley Rate at the minute …

I do have to remember it is a container site and there won’t be many container sites in the UK pushing £30 per sq ft

Clough

Again a dip last month

This is directly linked to us dropping prices at Clough Rd to be more competitive

We will get occupancy up and then get the rate up

Wrexham

I’m ok with Wrexham at the minute

There’s a sizeable amount of sq ft that are containers at Wrexham

So the rate is always going to suffer a little

Mansfield

We spoke about this yesterday

The rate is increasing in a nice fashion.
