I thought it only right to mention the sudden passing of Shaf Rasul 😞

I didnt personally didn’t know Shaf but I really enjoyed his linkedin posts and watching him grow his self storage business and other investments

You can clearly see by reading LinkedIn this morning and last night he was so highly thought of not only as a business leader but as a person as well

When I personally saw someone of the calibre of Shaf coming into the self storage industry then that was the only conformation I needed to know I was on the right path

Shaf will clearly be a loss to many many people and my thoughts go out to people who were his friends and family ❤️

Highlights

• 82 quotes is the 3^rd  highest number of quotes on record, is 21 more than last month & 33 more compared to January 2025.
   

• 21 reservations which is 6 more than last month and 11 more compared to January 2025 & the highest amount since August 2025.
   

• Conversion rate at 25.61% is 5% higher compared to January 2025 & is 1.02% higher than last month .
   

• Cancelled reservations below 10% at 9.52% .
   

• True Revenue at £22,343.10 , this increased by £496.60 from December 2025 to January 2026,
   

• True Revenue has increased by 18% from January 2025 to January 2026 - £18,888.52 to £22,343.10 .

Actions

• Ensure sales calls are being at different times to increase the contact made level- can we hit 60%.
   

• Investigate churn rates to identify trends and understand reasons for moving out. Proactively addressing any areas that can be influenced.
   

• Look at insurance sold to new customers – is it unit size or under insuring from our sales?
   

• Can we finish net positive sq.ft. – February 2025 was positive 70, we have large units to sell now, I would expect us to beat this figure.
   

• Monitor the Google ads spend and cost of advertising per move in.
