Firstly, I better tell you what a Bonjoro is … 

For this explanation I went straight to their website … (I didn’t want to mess it up) 😝

Bonjoro lets you send quick personal videos to new leads and customers, to stand out, build trust, and make more sales.

Boom … Now how do we use it? ⬇️

Let me tell you how we use it and how it got us at least one new customer last week 😀

Every time someone does a quote with us we send them a quick 30-second Bonjoro

We do that for 3 reasons

1. Bonjoro has around a 70% open rate … beats email open rates 

   The more we can “touch” our customers the more likely they are to buy from us ✅

2. It is a personalised video for them 

   They feel special, we are also building trust with them 

   See someone is breaking down subconscious barriers … Really important! ✅

3. They get to actually see our facility

   They can see it’s a nice clean, well-maintained facility ✅

We have to do everything we can to get in front of our customers … Phone, Email, Text, Bonjoro or even messenger pigeon 😂 

We pay a lot in ads for someone to do a quote, why wouldn’t we do everything we can to get hold of them 🤔

I’m convinced this improves our conversions … Just last week someone replied to the video to book the unit

Put it this way … It can’t hurt your conversions 👀
