Speed is of the essence

When a customer fills out the quote form at your facility or business, they are in the buying mode right there and then.

They are in front off their computer actually looking at your facility online … Why would anyone take there time contacting that customer ….

You must act quick and contact that customer ASAP.

Theres little point contacting that customer 1 hour after the quote, there mind is elsewhere and they are no doubt busy with life.

We aim to contact our quotes within 5 minutes of the quote … 10 is acceptable. Anymore and you run the risk the customer has moved on.

Acting fast makes a difference and increases your conversions!
