Remember … Move outs are inevitable and will always happen …

Thats why focusing on Move Ins is crucial ✅ 

The “value” of the water (occupancy) is critical to your facilities success 

We control the value of the water by revenue management 

We need to maximise the Rent Per Sq Ft … WITHOUT opening the drain 😊
