• Conversion rate at 27.12% is up by 2% from last month and up by 1% compared to February 2025.
   

• Sq.ft moved in at 1,435 is up by 520 from last month & is 490 more compared to February 2025.
   

• True period revenue has increased by 10.51% from February 2025 to February 2026.

Opportunities

• 59 quotes, this is down by 23 from last month 10 less compared to February 2025.
   

• Google spend when calculated on a daily rate was £4.01 per day higher during February compared to January with a decline in the number of quotes received.

Actions

• Investigate the 2 move ins which had insurance sold lower than the minimum.
   

• Monitor quote levels – speak to digital first to identify any reasons for the drop in quotes- March 2025 we achieved 60 quotes, as it stands, we are only going to hit around 59.
   

• Investigate and identity reasons for cancellations.
   

• Investigate and identify reasons for move outs.
   

• Increase street for 75s, 100s , 125s & 150s due to demand.
   

• Price check for 160s, are will still competitive, we currently have 9 empty and 2 more on notice.
   

• Move in over 2,000 sq.ft. and finish positive for the month of March.
