Its what I have always done without realising it

We should -

Focus on Sales before Operations ✅

Get sales in first and then get the operations in

So for me when I first started my business it meant -

Lets get that phone ringing, lest get the quotes coming in, get the reservations flowing

I focused on that!

I didn’t think about a sales team … I didn’t think about hiring anyone

I focused on the sales

When the sales were coming in then and only then could I think about operations

I first had to prove proof of concept via sales

So many people put the cart before the horse

The horse come first 🐴🧲
