VERRRRYYY Interesting reading -

• The usage of an Ai Chat bot has increased nearly 400% from 2024 to 2025

4% to 19%

• The usage of an Ai Based site finder has increased just over 400% from 2024 to 2025

• The usage of an Ai scrapping of competitors has increased only by around 3% from 2024 to 2025

• The usage of an i Analysis of our data has increased 300% from 2024 to 2025

• The usage of an AI for content creation or picture generation has increased by around 350% from 2024 to 2025

This tells me that people in our industry are starting to realise the power of A.I …. I for one think this will continue to increase (ha not really a hot take)

I guess the hot take is …. As an industry I dont think we are utilising AI enough … If we look at other industries they are very much ahead of us in self storage …

I honestly believe its because good is the enemy of great and in self storage everything is good, so we dont need to change much because everything is working, everyone is making money

HOWEVER … That will only last for so long we have to continue to try and better ourselves … If we dont someone will overtake us and take our customers

PS as you can tell with all the spelling and grammar mistakes I dont us AI to write my newsletter 🤣 …. I maybe should start haha … But at least you know its me writing every word 😆
