Look at your google analytics

Its not rocket science but you need to aware of the amount of traffic your website is getting.

What’s normal, what’s amazing and what’s poor

You can only do this by checking every week

How will you know what’s working and what’s not working if you don’t know whats normal for your site

Here’s my google dashboard for the last 7 days.

With a couple of clicks I can see where the traffic is coming from … How my PPC is performing etc

Based on this data I can make decisions as to what’s working and what needs more focus

I love to track website visitors to reservations … We convert at around 5% which is really good for the industry ….

Especially given that we get lots of web traffic from podcast listeners and you guys reading the newsletter :-)
