We Saw Santa 🎅

Sorry there was no newsletter last week …. I was planning on doing one but Centre Parcs had absolutely shocking WIFI

We had an amazing week away with Mum, Dad, Sisters their kids and obviously me, Zak, Kai and Claire

Every operator is amazing when the times are good …. But not every operator is amazing during the harder times.

December is a tough month and we will have to reassess our strategy moving forward

• 1250 moved out which resulted in a negative week of 480

• Average insurance only £3,750

• 66.67% forward move in

• Only 19 quotes, less than 3 a day

• 450sqft due in next week, with 0sqft due to move out – projected to be 450sqft up

• The amount of enquiries we have been unable to contact is concerning

Beverley

Positives

• 91.84% full

• 170sqft moved in, 125sqft moved out, up 45sqft for the week 

Concerns

• Only 4 quotes all week

• No reservations all week

• £3,500 average insurance

This data shows me at what stage of the process the reservation is made … Have they booked online or at what stage of my follow up process did they book.

This helps me see what part of the follow up process is working and do we need to change it
