Self Storage Tip - 💡 💰 🤑

I get a lot of questions regarding how I manage 4 sites??

Am I finding it more difficult??

The answer is no … Not really

Obviously goes without saying I have a great team … Thats a given

Heres how I personally manage it …. I learnt this from a business book but unfortunately I cant remember who it was … Sorry I cant give credit 🤔

I grade the sites every week … To be honest it should be every month but I’m OCD!

I grade each site either - Red, Amber Green

Red -

The site has been on a decline for sometime and an intervention is needed.

As you know im a worrier so I do my thing …. and worry!

A deeper look needed, A change needs to be made.

It means that I will be checking in on results, conversions, website traffic, testing the quotes etc etc. It is battle stations and I need to get this site back on the right track

Amber -

Potential problems. I am very much aware of potential problems

I will have a look to see if there is any glaring problems I can spot easily.

This is just on the watch list … no changes have to be made yet

Green -

Life’s a beach baby and were going to be rich!! Haha.

This is my Beverley site … constantly 90% full! Revenue is always very good, very rarely have anything to worry about.

So … I am aggressive on my Prices Increases!!
